is an Indian mineral development company headquartered in Kharsang Rd, Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh 782123, India. CHOUHAN Mining Enterprises specializes in critical metals and minerals with growing demand in new technology. The company has Several critical minerals project across India, providing investors with exposure to Augite, Azurite, Biotite, Monazite, Comanite, Sodalite and Macomite. CHOUHAN Mining Enterprises is also evaluating opportunities to apply new extraction technology to recover rare earths and other metals from acid mine drainage at closed mine sites across India, remediating outstanding environmental liability.

Prakash Ashok, P.Eng., MBA (President & CEO; Director )

Mr. Prakash Ashok is a professional mining engineer with over 25 years of progressive managerial experience building and operating mines. He is the CEO and President and CEO of Agra Mining Enterprises India. (acquired by B2Gold) and Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the development of the Mine in Brazil into a 4,200-tonne-per-day mining operation and “Mine Manager of the Year” award in recognition for his work in the mining sector. Mr. Prakash Ashok obtained his Mining Engineering degree at Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario; he also holds an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Mr. Brijlal (Executive Chairman)

Mr. Brijlal is an investment professional with over 20 years of experience in equity capital markets specializing in the resource sector, as well as +10 years serving as management and/or board member to several public mining companies. He was formerly a Managing Director of Global Mining Sales, a division of CIBC World Markets of Inda and Manager of US Equity Sales for CIBC World Markets. He also formerly acted as a Partner and Director of Global mining., a Toronto-based investment dealer, which he held from January 2007 until he joined the Board of UEX Corporation in March, 2008. Most recently, he acted as President and CEO of S Mining (formerly Verena Minerals), from 2010 until 2014. Mr. Brijlal is a graduate from Hull University, in England.

Dasgupta Anil (Independent Director)

Mr. Anil is a qualified lawyer in Brazil and is widely regarded as a leading lawyer in the mining sector and has over 25 years representing and assisting international corporations. Mr. Anil is currently, a board member of Somincor, a copper producing mine in Portugal fully owned and operated by BVE Mining and of Ascendant Resources Inc, a resource company listed on the TSX. Mr. Anil is a Partner of CRA - Coelho Ribeiro e Associados – a Portuguese Law Firm, where he leads the firm’s Arbitration and Mining practices. He is also the founding partner of CRA Timor-Leste, a law firm based in Timor-Leste focused on mining and Oil & Gas. Currently Mr. Anil has the position of President of the International Tribunal of FIA – Fédération Internationale de Automobile, (Paris, France), Judge of the International Court of Appeal of FIA and arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Rosa Danie (Independent Director)

Ms. Rosa has over 30 years of experience in the natural resources and mining sectors managing the preparation and completion of environmental and social impact assessments, EHS (Environmental. Health and Safety) systems, community relations and resettlement programs and other programs central to the mining permitting process. Ms. Rosa has held a number of senior roles at major, mid-tier and junior mining companies, including Compania Minera Antamina, Falconbridge, Marcobre (Chariot Resources), Norsemont Peru and Rio Tinto. She formerly served as Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at Gold Corporation Ltd.,Vice President of Environment and Community Relations at Norsemont Peru until its acquisition by HudBay in 2011, Vice President of Environment, Health, Safety and Community Relations at Chariot Resources, as well as Manager of Environment, Health, Safety Security and Community Relations for Marcobre S.A.C.. Ms. Rosa formerly served on the Board of Directors for Resources. Ms. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Environmental Studies, Minor in Geology, from the University of Waterloo.
